Long-selling differential pressure flowmeter. The flow can be economically measured by installing a small diameter fllowmeter or differential pressure transmitter on a branch pipe. The assembly to the piping system contributes to the design flexibility as it can be done horizontally, vertically, or in any flow direction without any restrictions. A wide range of lineups, including local indication type without external power supply, various alarms and signal outputs types, and explosion-proof models.

Orifice type differential pressure flowmeter. It can be used for a wide range of applications in liquid and gas lines.
V-cone® Flowmeters, Wafer cone® Flowmeters
A V-shaped cone placed in the pipe constricts the flow, generates a pressure difference, and measures the flow rate. Basically, no straight pipe length is required, and pressure loss can be reduced compared to the orifice method. A wide range of fluids can be measured, from liquids and gases to saturated steam.
