TC-3000is a Thermal Mass Flow Controller, a combination of a thermal mass flowmeter and control valve. The simple "Direct Through" design, very competitive price level has been achieved. The measurement is not affected by the change in the pressure and temperature of measuring gases and suitable for accurate measurement and control of various types of gas flow.
