MAGMAX EGM1300Cis a compact wafer type electromagnetic flowmeter with PFA liner.
EGC300 high peformance converter is mounted onto EGS1000 wafer type primary head with PFA liner.
The self-diagnosis function such as various monitoring of the sensor part has been enhanced, in addition to improvement of fluid noise resistance.
Eight sizes of 10 to 150 mm are available.
The EGM1300C is most suitable not only for measuring conductive liquids such as water and chemicals, but also for being installed on equipment.

Features

  • · Punched plate reinforced high quality clear PFA liner and Hastelloy® C electrodes are employed.
    Therefore this flowmeter excels in corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance and penetration proof.
  • · High accuracy of ±0.5% of reading
  • · High speed data processing for quick response. Suitable for batch process control and for
    pulsating flow.
  • · Field current frequency can be adjusted up to twice of commercial power frequency, which is efficient for slurry noise rejection.
  • · Self-diagnosis function of empty detection, conductivity check, electrodes status check, output test etc. for easy operation maintenance.
  • · The indicator employs Blue dot matrix LCD and allows versatile indications such as possible selection of 1, 2, or 3-line display.
  • · Quick set-up function for easy data setting / change such as scale range, pulse rate, etc.
  • · All setting parameters can be set / change by Infra-red touch sensor without opening the cover of the converter part.
  • · High pulse rate up to 10 kHz offers high resolution for batch process control.
  • · Pulse output, bi-directional flow measurement, double range, status output, control input, etc. (provided as standard)
  • · HART® communication (provide as standard)
