For pure water, ultra-pure water and chemicals, the small sized ultarasonic flowmeter UCM-04A/06A provides you with precise and stable flow measurement.
By integrating a detector and a converter this compact instrument saves your space. The digital numerals and bar-graph indicator on the front face make field monitoring easier. All wet parts consist of molded PFA specified for semiconductor industries. The simple and clean ideal construction has no moving part and no sealing pocket where liquids would stagnate.
The flowmeter has the inlet and outlet tubes of standard dimensions suitable for various PFA fittings. In the services where only flow monitor has been simply used so far, the UCM-04A/06A can be applied without difficulties. You can set up a flow control loop by connecting a controller and a control valve to the instrument.
The separate type ultrasonic flowmeter is available also, which is used as a conbination of detector UCUF-04M and separate type converter UCM-04A-SP. This usage is best suited in such cases that detector UCUF types have been used so far or precise liquid temperature control is requied.
