Magnetic Inductive flowmeters are the ideal flowmeter for liquid flow measurement. They do not have any internal and moving parts in flow detection portion. They may adopt anti-corrosive material for liquid wetting part and almost all strong and corrosive chemicals can be measured. However, they may also have the following weak points; They have the limitation for lowest conductivity for measuring liquid and low conductivity liquid such as solvents may not be measured.Slurries with high density solids may not be measured accurately due to so called slurry noise. Outline of MAGMAX MGM5090K-CAP

MAGMAX MGM5090K-CAP adopts flat capacitance detection type electrodes which locate outside of measuring tube instead of the conventional liquid contacting metallic electrodes for detection of flow velocity. Thanks to this new non contact electrode design, it is now possible to measure very low conductivity liquids, highly concentrated slurries and very adhesive liquid by electromagnetic flowmeters. Explosion proof type is available. 5 sizes of 25,40,50,80 and 100mm are available!

·Low conductivity liquid measurement down to 0.05μS/cm
Organic solvents, demineralized water....Liquids which have not been measured by Electromagnetic flowmeters due to low conductivity are now in the range of measurement !
·High anti-corrosive capability, high durability against erosion....
Eliminating all existing problems on Electrodes !
·Stable measurement of high adhesive liquids
Flat inner surface of measuring tube without liquid contact electrodes is very durable against adhesive liquids.
·High anti-vibration capability
Pre-amplifiers are directly mounted on the outer surface of measuring tube by Microsystems Technology.
This eliminates problems often found in other capacitance type electromagnetic flowmeters due to process vibration.
·Flow-optimizing measuring tube
The newly designed reducing tube offers high accuracy and stability even for low velocity range and mechanical durability of measuring tube.
·High accuracy of ± 0.5% of reading.
·Full functional converter
Current and pulse output, bi-directional measurement, double range, status (alarm, etc.) output, control input...Full function provided in compact design.
·All CE marked. Suitable for EMC requirement.
·HART Communication (option)
