Liquid in high temperature up to 150°C(max.) can be measured by W-3000 Mini-Wheel Flowmeter having the special cooling fin construction, based on W-2000 series which has been warmly accepted. This flowmeter is suitable to be installed in the chiller devices for semiconductor plants.
