*Specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

VDT series is the indicator integrated type Wafer-Cone® differential pressure flowmeter; VH series Wafer-Cone® flowmeter and DT series multi digital differential indicator are integrated into one flowmeter.
Its principle is based on the Bernoulli's theorem like orifice flowmeter. The V-cone inside pipe throttles flow and generates differential pressure corresponding flow rate.
The precision cast body made in lost wax process has a simple and rigid construction. Shorter straight runs and lower pressure loss than orifice save your construction cost and energy.

Features

  • · Easy installation with self- centering mechanism
  • · Direct mounting of compact differential pressure indicator requires no impulse piping
  • · Less than 1/5 of orifice straight runs
  • · Stable low differential pressure measurement allows wide rangeability
  • · Stable low differential pressure measurement allows low pressure loss
  • · Durable structure against wear or adhesion and maintenace free with stable operation
  • · Easy-to-change flow direction at flield
  • · Easy-to-read big display and versatile indication functions

Applications

  • · Flue gas flow management
  • · HVAC(Heating ,ventilation and Air conditioning) system
  • · Water treatment facilities
  • · Refuse incinerator plants
  • · Co-generation plants
